Thanks for the review. You are the only person in the entire world who did film it :)

Thank you for the upload sincerely. I'm thinking on purchasing this and you're the only one who actually filmed this so I'm very grateful. I'd like to ask if the travel distance was long enough for doing full range of motion tricep pushdowns etc.

No problem. Yep, tricep pushdowns work fine, was doing them today!

Planning to buy it and modify it to fit into back of rack. and not mount it onto wall but use wood to hold it in back of rack with uprights

Thank you for your video Oisín. It was very helpful and inspiring for me to set up both the folding rack and the pulley on the wall the same way you did. I have a question for you: can you close the folding rack when it is not in use? I would like to use that space for other purposes when I’m not working out. Is it possible to fold the rack even with the pulley installed inside? Or at least, can you save some space by doing that? Thank you for your help in advance. I appreciate your feedback.

Hi Nico, yes it can still fold somewhat. It can't fold flat as before with the pulley but you definitely still save quite a lot of space as it doesn't stick out as much from the wall.

Hi! Could you please give me the side-to-side measures of the footrests at the bottom and the plates-loading bars, respectively? Rods should be 44 cm total length (according to specifics on Marbosport and I'd like confirmation on that) but what about the footrests? Thank you so much!

I have it since yesterday. Why is this video suggested to me only today and not earlier 😀
@LJ-dn4ut9 ай бұрын
@thenegotiator7954 yes everything works well for me and I am a tall dude (191cm so 6.3ft) but I had to replace the original steel cables as the original ones were too short for me.

@thenegotiator7954yes I can do it BUT I’m a tall dude (191cm so around 6.3 feet) and I cannot stand 100% straight. I need to sliiiiighly lower my body or stand a bit away from the machine. And I have to admit the handle that comes in the box is poor quality so I highly recommend buying different one (like ropes for example, they are much better for tricep)

Thanks a lot for the thorough review, Oisín. Have you considered replacing the provided pulleys with aluminium pulleys? I am considering buying a similar product from Marbo Sport and I was wondering whether it would even be possible to do this. From your video and other pictures online, it appears like the nylon / plastic pulleys are screwed into a plastic housing and could maybe be removed/replaced by loosening the bolt holding the pulley and housing in place. Over time, I am sure the nylon pulleys will wear down and it seems like a cheap way to improve the pull on the machine. Any comments you have on this would be appreciated. Thanks again!

My understanding is that aluminum pulleys are better suited to commercial gyms where machines will get more use more often and wear them down quicker.

Retarded questions but my home gym is built outside, is there chance it’ll pull the walls down? 😂

😂very unlikely, the weight is bearing on the floor, not the walls
