Hello everyone and welcome to Marbula One Season 2! The Revolution in Marble Racing is finally back, with a new qualifying system, 20 teams, 12 total races and a lot of improvements. This time we will race against the clock in Midnight Bay!

I've been terrified every qualifiers, because Hazers have real strengths in passing/skill and speed, but tend to struggle more with technical aspects of the course, which is why I think they outperform in real races compared to qualifiers. Imagine if they hadn't DNQ'd earlier in the season!

Biggest key to winning tomorrow will be handling that first turn well. Smarter marbles will be able to separate themselves from the pack or gain a ton of ground by getting through it well. Will be fun to see who handles it the best!

As a Minty Maniacs fan, seeing Minty Fresh lose their lead after that first qualifyer hurt my heart. But my marble kicked it into overdrive so there wasn't this long, embarrassing wait for them to cross the finish line. If there were more laps...I think they would've gotten back in first or darn near close 😉

The Kobalts have shown that, when they're focused, they can be extremely competitive. The problem seems to be they're just too inconsistent. Cerulean is focused and always performs their best, yet Azure is.....well, they only qualified twice, I think.

Okay Midnight Wisps it seems the team has fallen apart here at the end. You need to evaluate what happened. 2 races ago there was the chance to end on the podium, but 2 DNQs after that? This is heartbreaking. I'll stay a Wisps fan all the way, as long as there will be a midnight on earth, but this was hard to watch. :( But until now nice run for Wispy, great performance in the season. And congratulations for wospy for the victory! But you might want to look into a new team member next year... cause we need more consistency if we want the other teams to #FearTheNight

@@laughingbeast4481 Well if they are going to change the training schedule then they should bring in the other Wisps as well at some point to measure them up. Maybe on the Midnight Bay since the team has such a great track? Maybe if someone else can perform better at this point? No one can denigh that Wospy has potential, but if those shiny moments are not capitalised and reproduced, maybe the risk of change is the better option. And as for Wispy, yeah it hardbreaking, but after carrying for a season any marble can be overvelmed andfalter. Just sad that it had to be the home race.

True. Tough race for Wospy. Guess he was simply burned out after such a long season and having to carry the whole team on his back for the most part. Well actually for ALL of the season, except Wospy‘s crazy win at Palette Park. Guess even he himself does not know how he pulled that off. (It was pretty epic tho..) It's too easy to jump the curb there, and based on the qualifying runs, turn 1 will be the sole deciding factor of the entire race. You stay below the curb, you're fast. Jump the curb, you're sent to the back of the queue.

The hazzers never try to qualify higher than top ten yet they always do so well in races. i think they might be conserving their energy and avoiding building up lactic acid so they can go harder on the real race than any of the other racers

Some of the marbles got really slowed down because they got on top of the red&white thingy at the first curve, you might wanna fix that for the race

@@DaMan56100 Yeah i'm leaning to that as well, real Formula 1 also hangs on the 1st corner, but yeah, i think the track has enough corners to slow marbles down, Minty Fresh came close to being 3rd despite the slow start, and Clutter was almost able to finish 1st, but got unlucky and bumped into Cerulean. In other words, i think the course has enough to offer to keep it suspenseful.

At the end of each lap, it looks like the faster marble would usually ride the track edge of that final left turn pushing it to one of the left-most spots on the conveyor belt. That's good because the trouble seems to be marbles coming from the right side of the conveyor belt. Those are the ones that aren't slowing down by that first hard right. Hopefully this will simply result in the faster marbles keeping their leads.

Ya, that red/white strip on the first turn is a new addition compared to the first race at Midnight Bay, and it looks like it wasn't installed properly. There's a notable gap between the strip and the wall in the second half of the turn, when the strip should be flush against the wall. Marbles getting caught in that trench are getting squeezed between the two surfaces and losing a lot of speed to the friction.

How incredible that none of the Top 6 in points made it out of Q1, and two teams from the Top 10 in points straight up DNQ'd. We may see an underdog triumph to close out the season, that would be a great way to cap off S2 of Marbula One. (And as a Wisps and Thunderbolts fan, I cry)

@@mazeknox yes currently second overall with 107 points so honestly we could finish where we started as long as rapidly doesn't do amazing and the green ducks stay where they're at but I know hazy and he won't just settle for 12

Bolt. Bolt no. We were in second place behind the Crazy Cats Eyes earlier this year. You were pulling so much weight for Shock. We had a chance to still medal for the first time since I've been a fan of the Thunderbolts. But instead, we get to watch how far we fall after the race tomorrow with no points to gain ourselves. The Thunderbolts are my greatest test of patience and pain

Savage Speeders consistency in these competitions is absolutily incredible even with a bad start and Speedy carrying the Team for most of the season but still congratulations to the crazy catseyes and limers dissapointing me once again

I didn´t like the performance of Orangin today, but at least there were 4 runners that did it worst. At least, there was not a DNQ for Orangers this season. Orangers have competed in every race since the season 1. That is good. Go Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooorangers!!!
