Marc's a solid ref and I'd trust him to make the right call in the heat of battle more than most 'elite' refs. We see some truly shocking stoppages nowadays. Tough job, and every fan thinks they could do it better.

There are only 2 refs i know of in the game that will take the heat when they make a mistake and then explain their reasoning for doing so. Marc and Herzog, the 2 best refs in mma. Nothing but respect for Marc.
