MARCELITO POMOY REACTION - BEAUTY AND THE BEAST (WOW!)

Hi friends! Today's video is a brand new Marcelito Pomoy reaction! I started filming reactions about Marcelito Pomoy two weeks ago and to continue discovering this amazing filipino artist I wanted to check out his rendition of Beauty And The Beast live from America's Got Talent.
Beauty and the beast was originally performed by Celine Dion for the soundtrack of the Beauty and the Beast Disney movie. This is Marcelito Pomoy's cover of that song.
Some of the songs I have heard already from Marcelito are his rendition of The Prayer and The Power of Love. He seems to be particularly influenced by Celine Dion and that is always a GREAT thing on my book.

Please react his other performance on American Got Talent, his semi final song contipartiro or time to say goodbye by Andrea Bocelli and Sarah Brightman and his audition song the prayer and his closing song we are the champions, more power on your channel; stay safe 😊 actually, Simon's group choose this song so, he had no choice but to sing it. There are saying that agt had already winner before the show started ,they just put Marcelito for rating purposes and they did, Marcelito's every performance got' the highest rating overall.

What I dislike about one of the judges' comments like "the surprise is over" or "you need to take a bigger risk" over the singer's performance is the very truth that on AGT 2020 the champions, there was no competitor whatsoever that could beat his style.

Simon's comment is interesting. I read an article ( from MP interview ) after the AGT Championships that MP wanted to sing another song instead of Beauty and the Beast but wasn't given the chance. due to time constraints. Love your beautiful reactions. Cheers from Oz.

That was his finale song. His audition song was The Prayer. For semi final is Con Te Partiro by Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli. Also at the awards night he did We Are The Champions by Freddy Mercury. Also please react to his My Heart Will Go On at the Philippine Arena. You always do a great video. Yes it’s extremely difficult to go from one register to another even for a professional singer. His smile 😀 at the end says that he knows that he nailed it. I’ve heard from multiple sources that Simon picked his song & something was fishy about this program as I’ve seen a comparison btw this show & the last one he was on & Simon was wearing the same shirt. If the viewers had voted he would have won 1st prize.

You're right, he's a humble and a kind-hearted guy. He's funny as well, a natural comedian. Actually, he has a comedy sitcom every Sunday. By the way, Simon and his team chose this song for him. According to Marcelito, he prefers to sing Phantom of the Opera, We Are The World or Hallelujah. I think they only used Marcelito to have more views. Please check out his semi-final song CON TE PARTIRO/TIME TO SAY GOODBYE. He showcases his vocal acrobatics. He blew the roof off!!! Also, check out his audition song THE PRAYER. Watch the judges and the crowd blown away with his amazing talent. The more you react to him the more you will be in awe. And what is more amazing is the fact that he never had formal vocal training and lessons at all, he's self-taught.

Simon is the boss he picked the song then criticized him. Marcelito wanted to sing I believe in You in 5 voices.simon said no.simon didn't want him to win. Notice he's wearing the same shirt as the semi-finals the judges were all dressed up. Also word for word the same Comment as the semi-finals "I BELIEVE YOU HAVE A massive career ahead of you# it seems to be edited. A lot of research going on now on you tube. The TRUTH he is the one who selected the song " Beauty and The Beast " that Marcelito Pomoy performed during the FINAL of AGT , infact i heard that Marcelito Pomoy have 5 songs to select one that he will perform in the FINAL and one of that song is " I Believe In You " sung by " Il Divo " which have 5 differents VOICES including the voice of Celine Dione but it didn't happen coz Simon Cowell as a producer of the show reason out that due to Copyright Law Marcelito cannot sing that song, instead he pushed Marcelito to sing " Beauty And The Beast " ,So how can Marcelito Pomoy can go out from his comport zone if Simon Cowell is the one selected the song that Marcelito will perform in the FINAL, it's INSANED !
