Part 2: • Marcellus Wiley on Cai...
--------
Former football star Marcellus Wiley recently shared his memorable encounter with O.J. Simpson amid the Hall of Famer's passing. Wiley described a situation in Miami where he was on a boat with friends when they unexpectedly bumped into Simpson. Wiley humorously recounts how Simpson had tried to impress the women in their group, creating an awkward atmosphere due to their knowledge of his past controversies. Wiley also mentioned he had interacted with Simpson's legal team during the famous trial that acquitted Simpson of murder charges. He mentioned his reluctance to pass judgment without knowing the full details of a situation and expressed respect for Simpson despite public opinion.

Sir, OJ was not broke at all. Debt or no debt…his $85k NFL pension was untouchable, and he did a lot of CASH deals, probably had an offshore account, and like rich guys, if he had other entrepreneurial endeavors, they were NOT in his name. Let’s not forget…$85k is not broke. You can live comfortably with that base salary alone. I know because I currently make around that much now and live good within my means.

OJ was an arthritic 40+ year old. He didn't do it - but he WAS at the scene either during, immediately before or immediately after. Most likely scenario: he was playing traffic cop, telling others what to do, it went farther than it should have, and he shut down. Which explains the Bronco ride.

That’s why his wife got hit-cuz OJ had to live to pay the debt. Randomly-Nicole’s grandparents are in my mom’s bosses district(he was a senator). She met with them and heard “the tapes”…she helped birth the legislation Gene deal talked about-the “OJ law” Randomly again: Nicole is buried in my city-the chase started in my city-cuz OJ left her grave site. Mom felt OJ was innocent-cuz Richard Kardashian was legit a good dude she said. She trusted their story.

Wiley says he lives by the ruling. Our court system ruled GUILTY and ordered him to pay a bunch of money that he didn’t. The other trial was whether he would Go to prison or not. Live by both rulings. There wasn’t enough evidence to put him in prison for life BUT a there was enough evidence to make him pay the family. Live by the rule then actually live by the rule. OJ was ruled guilty, just not in the criminal trial.

Another thing that I think the prosecution messed up was not focusing more on the Bronco being parked on the side of the vs inside his compound. I don’t think he would park the Bronco on the side of street, I wouldn’t think he would have parked his vehicles behind the gate, especially since he was leaving town. I think the prosecutors should have had should have had the neighbors testify it was odd for O.J. for to park the car on the side of the street.
