Hi Robert, ideally you want something that dries flexible. For a spray you can use Elmer's multi purpose spray adhesive or similar. You can also use flex cement and brush it on.

Another good option would be softex I put that sh!t on everything lol but really tho works great and real flexible

what are you using for tails??????? it looks like pheasant tail fibres????? show your materials list and you may get more viewers... just saying.
