Everybody in the comments has already said it, but you do look absolutely gorgeous in that green jumper! 💚 Between the green in the jumper and the orange in the eyeshadow, the colour of your eyes is really brought out. I'm glad you mentioned your Vans again, I bought a pair of Old Skool ones a week ago after seeing them on your Instagram and your blog for the past few months! They look so nice. Haven't had the chance to wear them a lot yet as the weather has been awful haha. I'm also becoming increasingly tempted by the Naked Heat Petite, even though I absolutely don't need it 🙈

I downloaded the audio version of Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine from my library and like you finished it in a weekend. I had a 14 day loan and did not want to leave her world so I listened to it again! It is by far the best book I've read so far this year. I so loved going on her journey of discovery. Two other audiobooks I've enjoyed this year are: Britt-Marie Was Here by Fredrick Blackman and The Curious Charms of Arthur Pepper by Phaedra Patrick. Both are similar in that the main characters of each book go on interesting, unexpected and heart warming journeys of their own surrounded by a cast of interesting characters (the audio book narrators are excellent).

I couldn't get the iris extract online, but they had loads of it in the Cambridge shop and at the Kiehl's counter in department stores... visit a few more stores and I'm sure you'll find it.

Loved Eleanor too. And wasn’t too keen on her to begin with, which I think was the point. Sometimes first impressions are wrong. Ended up loving her. Currently reading the second in the Winternight trilogy “The girl in the tower” by Katherine Arden. Beautiful books.

Are you still seeing Paul and going to the gym regularly? Im curious if you have any tips on how you maintain your fitness level when you're busier or traveling. I do well when my life schedule is somewhat regular, but typically fall off the wagon when something comes up resulting in missing a workout. Next thing I know more spontaneous bumps in the path occur and I find I've stopped trying. I suppose part of my question is: how do you motivate yourself when you've lost your momentum?
