Last month on February, I went to the doctor's appointment to check my blood pressure and see what's up. Then, it's a miracle! I am 100% normal....again! YAY!!😀💙🎉💙🎉💙🎉💙🎉💙🎉💙🎉🎇👍. After that, I went to the park, listening to the music on my cassette player, jump for joy and see the beautiful boats in the water.😀💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙👍

Adrienne I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate that you will occasionally talk about your budget and how much you spend. As someone who is super money conscience, you give me motivation to not feel bad about not being able to buy all the things I want lol. Also I don't think you should be too hard on yourself for spending ~$300/month on food. I think this is a pretty standard average for one person in the US, especially given you were in Hawaii. I know I spend around $300/month and I rarely go out for food, coffee etc. Don't forget COL differences in the US vs Korea :)

Love watching your monthly resets! I actually just have one goal for March and that is just to fix my sleeping schedule and get into a comfortable routine now that I have moved to Korea and have started my teaching job. It's so overwhelming at the moment as I'm new to teaching and I've never been to Korea but I think it's going well atm. So thank you Adrienne for posting videos and keeping me company 🥰

I love your tan and make up. Reset-ing every few months is very healthy mentally and physically. I like doing it whenever I get into a rut. So it totally relatable to see your process. A lot to learn from you ❤️

I love the eyeshadow you're wearing. It's so pretty, and it really brings out your eyes. I love Costco, I would go there and buy the meat and even bread in bulk. Then separate the beef, fish, and steaks, chicken into portions and freeze the rest till ready to be eaten. It saves me a lot of money.

You know, as someone who has always struggled with disordered eating (binge and restriction), I can't believe it, but it took me 24ish years of my life to realise it's all about consistency over perfection. The internet tells us "we should eat this way/ that way to be OUR BEST SELFS AND BE HEALTH" and talks about "balance" but never really focuses on what balance is. And it takes a lot of self acceptance and awareness to realise "balance" isn't a matter of completely health, motivated, always perfect eating, but rather consistent self-reflection, indulgence and gentle-nutrition. I really appreciate that Adrienne expressed her feeling towards food in Feb and how it suddenly changed, because it's so normal and it's something we can all relate to, I think!

For time management, a good way to train yourself to give yourself space to exist and stop working for a while is to set a schedule for yourself and then be super strict about it for a few days or weeks at a time. Sit down and think about what absolutely has to get done and when the best times to do it are, then set alarms for yourself. No matter what you're doing when the alarm goes off, put it down, walk away, and do something for yourself like calling a friend or watching a show. Don't let yourself say "No wait I just want to finish this," but actually put it down. It sucks at first, and you may need to adjust the schedule a few times until it feels workable, but just be strict with yourself for a while and then eventually it'll get easier to reach a natural stopping point and put it down for a little while to take some you time. Having someone call you for accountability can be super useful, too.

Totally understand when you’re speaking about food guilt and fixating on how things look on our bodies - try to remember to be kind to yourself and remember that the experiences we get in life are enhanced by food, and we don’t have to worry ourselves too much about it 🤍
