As an arts worker, thank you for standing up and fighting for your right to unionize! I'll spread the word wherever I can here in Canada and online. You have support friends. Even up here in the cold north!

Hi Ken, off topic mate, just wanted to wish you well, stay safe and have relaxed Christmas. Hugs from UK. As a single, 40+,supermarket key-worker (being verbally abused daily), tired and yet hoping for a better life, your videos do help me on my journey..(My employer, a National major Brand does not recognise any union).

I visited the museum earlier this year and I had no idea that the workers there were being mistreated! Thank you for informing me about this and making your voices heard! I never realized that the Marcianos were such scumbags. I'm with you in solidarity.

Good information about horrendous business practices. Amazing work! Will def. Be sharing this around! Anyone interested in history, art, and museums should be aware of this. Unfortunatly this is a result of billionaires owning things. Never ends well.

I'm sorry that you're going through this. I worked, as a manager, at an International call center named Sykes. The manager's had regular training classes. One of these were how to keep agents from unionizing and how we could be "tricked" into taking documents that would start the unionization process. We were told that if the call center were to unionize that it would be closed. This was in Wise VA. I worked there for 9 1/2 years and finally left.

Kenny, are you OK? Clearing the Air - you seemed ok - a year ago Talking PreP - so we know you safe (ish) - its not 100% but better than just raw So Here's What Happened - 2 years ago...... - sorryyyy Kenny, you clearly a lost man& hurting watching this I was really worried for you, your wellbeing He Told His Mom About Me - 3 years ago.... we all move on sometimes, live your life -but here you seemed sooo happy.. I could see you two being married and doing the lifelong thing ... Im new to your channel - 2020, so still catching up..... you popped in my box after I found (yeah I went searching to learn more) 'KC Jax Joe' channel and ok their income source is deffo diff to yours!!!, but the relationship is similar, maybe, (KC & Jax married 5 years, Joe new in - so not convinced its not about their income source - Ill wait and see). Anyways... sad to hear you 3 moved on - any chance you would do a video (with your ex as you live together still, 2020?) about what split you up, mayb thats way too personal, so Im sorry to ask. So, now, Sept 2020, how you doing? xx hugs from UK

I may be taking this to a level many don't care about, or maybe understand, but, when individuals play games with peoples lives and futures, their are consequences you pay for. Have you helped your fellow man? Have you been honest in your business dealings? Yes, these are a couple questions that will be asked of you when it's your time to answer for yourself in the future. Those in power will have a lot to answer too, because they've taken the responsibility of these individuals in their hands, so, they will answer for each and every one of them, especially those who may suffer in one form or another. You don't get away with anything, because it's all being recorded and kept on record,and that is the truth.

Welcome to the new economy!! No more will you get full benefits, requisite pay and pension. Those days are gone. The gig economy and contract working is the norm while at the same time the prerequisites are insane for jobs 20 years ago didn’t have. Err one was asleep now it’s too late.

If they closed the place for the foreseeable future there doesn't seem to be much you can do.
@5850terry5 жыл бұрын
Use this situation to force yourself to find a better job with a larger company that won't do this. You could probably make that money at Target or WalMart.
@BlakRainbow394 жыл бұрын
5850terry That was probably what management wanted. Lay-off everyone. They find other work (or cave). Business reopens with fresh employees they can treat just as badly or worse than the old ones. Since the 80s, grad schools have legit been teaching business students how to bust unions. This is one of the basic ways they do it.
