Marcin started guitar at nine and a half he says. Originally classically-trained then for Flamenco and then branched out from there. He won number one in Poland at age 14, number one in Italy at age 18.

I’m not sure if you realize this Fil, but this is one of Marcin’s own compositions. Not only is he the most phenomenal, astonishingly talented guitarist I’ve ever heard in my life he’s an incredibly gifted composer as well. For another one of his originals you need to check out Baba Yaga. I’ve never heard anything like it. It’s one of my favorite things he’s done. And for another one of his brilliant classical arrangements you have to check out Paganini’s Caprice No. 24. It’s utterly mind blowing.

Still, he started at 13, I think. To become so good in such a short space of time.... that's a true prodigy

Fil, I'm so glad you fell in love with Marcin as well. He has been playing guitar since he was 10 and is now 20. Incredible virtuosity and taking this instrument to the next, higher level. His playing causes chills all over body.😊 Be sure to check out his arrangements by Paganini. Marcin himself said that it was the most difficult task for him because he had to reduce the whole orchestra to one guitar. And he did it perfectly! Hope it will be more frequent in your reactions.
