Watching Marco interviews, I always get reminded to be myself, be well-mannered, and to do my job.

Yeah but plus a giant ego behind humility. Or maybe both at once. A juxtaposition like many of us

What presence and class. An amazing human being and yet so humble. Listening to him, the way he talks, his mannerisms, and how he carries himself, is very inspiring. His outlook on the world is "dead-on" accurate, in my opinion.

What a gent. I work as a chef and if everyone in this industry had this outlook instead of ramsey's the 15 hours a day we work would be a true joy. I salute you Marco!!!

+sketchy wah what is Ramsey's view over Marco's that akes your work less joyous?

I agree that Marco is more interesting and charming than Gordon. Gordon is more entertaining to watch on TV shows, but I would rather take culinary classes from Marco.

I love his humility. Marco very often says, 'thank you for your time and patience' at the end of many interviews. Love his mannerisms.

That was a very good interview. The experiences that one goes through in pursuing their passion; even when mentors will only give out tough love (best form of love) - to have you value their time as well as yours - is a perfect example of the humbleness it brings to that type of human being. We live in a world that is fabricated, due to people not respecting individuality and allowing the media to have you make assumptions about this or that human being. Top Man!

Marco is really inspiring - in a different way to many other inspirational people. He has the usual 'Rags to Riches' inspirationa story, but I think the difference is he also is a very good communicator (story teller).

It's his eye contact, and slowness to speak. Doesn't matter who you are, he'll give you the courtesy (and that's what it is) of direct attention, and he will consider his thoughts before speaking rather than allowing scattered thoughts to come spilling out all at once. How I wish I had more of that social ability, but I suppose it takes practice like most things.

Recipe is just it can confuse, artist and donkeys are those statement I like about Marco. He is my spoke person
@_Odin_5 жыл бұрын
"Mr. Ishi… pull over, there was a love donkey back there." Goddamn, what a thoroughbred of a human being. He raced, and won, and exercised what he was able to do, until it hit him….I'd rather be a donkey than a thoroughbred racing for other people. Donkey isn't a negative term. Quite the opposite.

And another thing which make me appreciate this man- he didn't hate Finnish food (he loved our fish and…) like Gordon Ramsay who was here in Finland : He hated all our dishes. Felt bad actually, as it was seen on tv.
@ninamarjaana98808 жыл бұрын
Yes we have bad dishes (it is a opinion of the taster) as a Finnish own culture food but I think there wasn't any reason to slipt it out (Ramsay) in our morning tv .
@andersberglund51948 жыл бұрын
+Nina Härkönen As swedish with alot of family in finland i spent alot of time in finland and love most of the food, but i have to say that memma (or how ever you spell it) is really bad, or atleast thats how i remeber it from being young. But still there is no way i would say things like gordon about any food no matter what.

Hi John, it's best to thumbs down troll comments that add no value. If you respond to a troll comment, it gives it weight. Khairul's idiotic comment now appears as one of the top comments probably because it has spawned a thread of conversation. Just thumbs down and move on....that's my opinion.
