I've had mine about 3 weeks now and I cannot get tired of it. Ya, Ive played my ESP for metal since, but nothing has been as fun as playing with this guitar in my experience of any instruments. There are things I would consider when buying one though, unless you know exactly what it is. It was around $1300 with the premium case and dock. If you want stellar acoustics you can find a Martin for that price. For having fun and jamming, this is the better buy IMO. You could easily play any gig with it too with the option of using built in effects (battery permitting) or plug it in. That's the best part....the options and versatility for me.

It’s always the player not the instrument. You can make a guitar out of a cereal box that sounds amazing if the right person is playing it. I just don’t know how I feel about a guitar that may need WiFi or a subscription to play??? All of that sound can be made with your own equipment and you won’t have to worry about your guitar being out of date or not supported anymore. Some of the best guitars have been around for half a century and were made so well that they are the most expensive and they’re still used and played like when they were made. I mean guitar building hasn’t really changed that much if at all… It’s just the material and quality has gotten less reliable in some of them…. Chinese mostly. They make some good ones, but generally Japanese, American and Mexican are the best guitars. There’s always exceptions but it’s accurate

Not really. I have the opposite problem. The Lava 2 was way to small form me so even if I like the guitar a lot, I was hoping the new model was bigger. The ME3 feels much better. They also released a few updates which is also great! The software will keep improving! Enjoy the guitar :)

@@abee7647 Lava Me 3. I have had it for a couple weeks, and returning it. Keeps freezing up, and have to restart to get working again, at least ever other time I play it! Also, after looping a track, the volume of recorded track goes so low it’s unusable.The location of display makes it so it keeps switching functions in the middle of playing, because my shirt or chest constantly brushes against it. I mean, maybe mine is malfunctioning or something?But the guitar has been a disappointment! Wanted it mainly to take with me to park, or lake, but volume is so low can hardly hear it, and drums and looper are pretty much useless unless plugged into an amp. Like I said, maybe I got a lemon? But got nothing to compare it to but the videos, and mine absolutely does not work like the video’s are showing! Good luck!

This is an awesome great piece of guitar. I got mine yesterday and the tone is amazing in real life. I like it way better than my Yamaha. The embedded screen is no gimmick at all. From tuner to looper over image display for my tabs and effects and much more, are so useful to me. So to me it sounds that you are the ignorant fool who is afraid of progress and new products because you do not understand it.

I literally just played a piece of music using the most characteristic feature of this guitar, which is adding an effect with a touch of a finger. On top of that, the effect (in this case, a delay and chorus) comes through the guitar thanks to the unique pickup. You don't need cables. It's a great feature that makes me play the guitar a lot. That's the honest truth. I understand if you think the guitar is a piece of trash. I respect your opinion. Getting paid to review a product doesn't mean that you are forced to say bullshit and unrealistic things about the instrument. On the contrary, it's quite the opposite. If I reviewed a cheap and trash-sounding guitar and made it look like I am playing the holy grail of guitar screaming in your face "buy it now before it's too late", I would understand why you would want to get upset. However, I am not doing that. Instead, I am actually reviewing a pretty unique instrument that is intriguing and interesting. The touch-screen is very solid. They also updated the software three times already, which means they can keep adding new features and improve the player experience. I am 100% honest, which puts my consciousness at peace. I have many great acoustic guitars that I love. However, that doesn't mean there is no room for a carbon fiber guitar in my collection.
