Hi Marco, I just went to your patreon page and unsure which Uke vids might be best for low g. A suggestion is to mention it in the heading (seems it would make searching around for songs easier)I feel your style resonates with me-thanks for posting here on utube!

Hi Marco I watch your tutorials with great pleasure Music means the world for me I am 70 years young, play guitar for 10 years and ukulele for one year. I was always crazy about music but never thought of playing an instrument myself I have a remark and a question My remark: when ever there is a tutorial (not specific by you) about strumming it usually concerns patterns: UUDDUDUD etc. But I am also interested in the technique, especially how to strumm with my nails of 3 fingers simultaneously. This is kind of different especially the upstrokes because your nails can get caught in the strings The pro’s like you do this so easily It sounds great and it looks great. And you know that we men play an instrument to impress the chickies😅😅 May be a good idea to spend a tutorial about this? All the best wishes Dirk from Helmond, Holland

Thanks, Marco: so beautiful! I love the tone of your Uke - which Kala model is it?
@TheIronDuke9 Жыл бұрын
Gorgeous playing as usual. I own this same instrument and I am confused about the size classification. I was told that ukuleles are classified by their scale length, and this "super" tenor has a scale length of 18.875 inches, and I was told it is better thought of as a small body baritone (despite what Kala calls it) because the baritone scale length is 19 inches whereas the tenor is 17. Do you use tenor strings or baritone strings? I've only tried tenor strings so far but they have snapped more than once and I have wondered if baritone strings would be a better fit. (Novice here trying to navigate the best I can)
