Take it point to point, our territorial water is from our baseline to to 12 nautical miles, our EEZ is up to 200 NM (to which we have maritime rights thru UNCLOS, supposedly we have Exclusively rights in all its resources ecomically from water to island, soil, and subsoil, but other can traverse using freedom of navigation and flight or even innocent passage). Unfortunely, China abusing it by building artificial island, destroying the coral reefs, overstaying on our EEZ, and worse by claiming it even they signed, ratified the UNCLOS. It is not yet formally WPS, unless enacted into law.

So this mention of "ipinamimigay" should be followed with....give what? There is no International Registry of Deeds and there are no title deeds. There is nothing there. Maritime disputes should be settled bilaterally through negotiations and compromise. Ask yourself: Is the situation in the WPS better now or during Duterte's time? The maritime incidents between coast guards are the highest of all time. Why? Because the policy approach is wrong. Think about outcome....not emotion.

"What are the maritime zones in the Philippines?
