53:44 was one of my favorite music moments of this quest oh yeah another thought I had is that I love how onlyne's lyrics kind in "party of your lifetime" kind of have a double meaning with them being part of the infestation. On the other hand it kind of humanizes the infestation a little and kind of makes the hivemind a little bit sympathetic to me. I think it would fit with the current themes of the story if we learn to accept and appreciate the techrot and infestation. They are our family just as much as the warframes are

Whenever I see that bit with a close up of Amir nervously surveying the area before pushing his glasses back up I really want to protect him, he's adorable. He cracks goofy jokes constantly but when you get down to brass tacks he's just a scared little guy out of his depth but still doing his hardest to do what needs to be done with all of his heart and soul.

So in the final sequences track “Core Containment” there is actually 3 different concepts fighting to take hold of the song. We hear the voids indifferent shrills, Lotuses vocals and finally the distant voice I think is supposed to be representing Entrati which would make sense as they are the 3 key ideals the Tenno and drifter have been exposed to. Indifference, love, and duty

I went into 1999 thinking it's just going to be "Cool Dark Sector vibes in Warframe with just Warframes that have faces, which an uninteresting romance system". I haven't really looked into the devstreams and such - haven't really kept up with development notes since Failj.. I mean Railjack - and I conveniently missed the scene that made most people fall in love with Eleanor lol I got told to look it up when discussing the update with friends and I joked about romancing Eleanor in the midst of making fun of the whole system, because I considered it completely pointless and dumb. Then 1999 releases and I do a 180. At the end of the quest I was upset that the "just Warframes that have faces" died, because I grew to like them. Like, they die, requiem symbols and all, Drifter does the Duviri fist slam, awesome, we get to save them and.. quest over. The "romance system" that I considered dumb became one of the most interesting additions with all the lore dump. The horny messages are a bonus. I legit hope that the 1999 setting gets more content to it, especially story.

Marco if you're gonna do lich stuff, I have a trick for you: Whenever you have to slot the mods in your parazon, always keep an oull in the first slot, it makes it so much easier to guess which of the two other mods go since Oull automatically counts as correct.

30:00 Arsenal is my favorite track of WF1999, such a good song it has a little bit of what I like from Whispers in the Walls soundtrack and a little bit of that dystopia cyberpunk feeling games like Deus Ex and System Shock gives me, Numb is my second favorite it feels exactly like a hub area track you would hear in a game like Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines or Deus Ex Human Revolution.
