You are correct PBBM, we need to boost are rice productivity. Although we are producing a lot, is it not enough to cover consumption since we have a big population (about 112 million) to support. Our current rice production is about 17.63 million tons. Relatively small compared to 25.3 million tons of Thailand, 43.44 million tons of Vietnam and 77.40 million tons of Indonesia. Good decision din ginawa ni BBM to vetoe Bulacan freeport zone bill. Kailangan mapreserve ang Bulacan as a rice granary because of it's close proximity to metro manila. So far i agree to all the decisions of BBM. Mind you i'm dilawan pero BBM so far is making the right decisions. God bless the Philippines.

Even though I did not vote for Bongbong Marcos (I voted for Norberto Gonzales for a lot of reasons) It's still too early to seek for Php 20.00/kilo rice to be honest... Also, he does have a great start if you look at the bigger picture such as choosing the best economic team as well as all of his decisions if I am not mistaken. Even if our candidate did not win, let's just support our current president. Let's be matured enough to accept the result, okay? 🙂
