Hi Dr. Sklar I am 42 and got pregnant twice during last years but both were unsuccessful since the embroy didnt develop after week 7 and 6. Now I am doing ivf but dont know how this can chnage my chance because my problem is not getting pregnant but developing embroy. I took 3 cycles of clomid.but facing ectopic pregnnacy.level decreasing very slow even after methotrexate injection.one dr asked me to go to IVF without wasting time but it is too costly in pakistan .this treatment should be in expensive for middle class

Hi Dr. , is there always a reason for an ivf fail? If the embryo is euploid and the lining is good, should I worry after one failed FET and push my dr to do further testing (ERA? Immune system?) or just move to the next transfer? Thank you,
