I am 37 years and pregnant with 20 weeks baby girl. I had a son on 23 years and an abortion on 32 years. All of my pregnancies happen in the first try. I also want more children. I can’t believe how much bad and outdated misinformation is out there regarding fertility. My mother in law is a lifelong nurse and she told me that it isn’t possible for over 40 women’s bodies to carry a pregnancy. She acted shocked that anyone could even get pregnant at that age let alone have a healthy baby. The look on her face when I told her my mom had me naturally when she was over 40 😅. My FSH dropped from 13.37 to 8.88 for only 4 months of mindful nutrition. But so did my LH - it was 6.87 in August and now it's 4.74. All my hormones are in norm, except my AMH which is 0.21. I’m 45 and TTC as well. I was put on Cyclical HRT to help balance my hormones. It’s working by lowering them, but I don’t respond to stims when trying to stimulate my ovaries.

I am almost 36 and been somewhat trying for a year. I am only doing some ovulation tests to find the sweet spot. But no luck so far. I will know in a week if I will get a little Virgo. I eat well, have low stress, but I went through a lot. My bf smokes too much and feels like he can't quit. I want to ask him again to at least try for a few months. Is it the low testosterone that stops us from getting pregnant?

That’s amazing! I wish you the best outcome for this baby! I haven’t had any testing done so I don’t know if it’s the quality of my eggs but they tell me it’s chromosomal abnormalities both times. To me it doesn’t make sense. I even ate foods that say strengthen baby heartbeat. Are you doing anything specific to help conceive this baby? Thank you for your kind words. @bustles

Does working night shift affect fertility? I understand sleep is important and right now I average about 4-5 hrs split into 2.5 hrs in the am and 2.5 hours at night before my shift starts

I work nights for 16 years and I think it does because sleep is very important for egg quality.

Hello, Doctor, I am 34, my AMH was 0.68 six months ago with total AFC 9, vitamin D was severely low. Now AMH is 0.73 and AFC is 12. Everything else is fine. Vitamin D increases to 41.. I am trying to manage stress (extreme) and started taking some suppliments. Do you think I can improve it further? According to your experience, does having 12 AFC with 0.73 AMH looks fine?

Reduce stress, seek homeopathic help for hormonal imbalance. Amh doesn’t play a big role as long as your quality is good. Improve egg quality, watch dr. Victory ‘s and Marc Sklar videos in this regards.
