Really nice. Wish I had a place with a garage so I could put it away but I'min a small apt. I do appreciate the features that protect the electronics against the rain. The unit will move up to 9.3 at its top speed and cannot go any faster than that. If you are not at the 9.3mph top speed and want to get there, you would just need to increase the speed on the tiller and you will get to the top speed of the unit. Hope this helps!

Can it be charged at 25 degree temperature?

It would not be ideal to charge the lithium batteries below 32 degrees Fahrenheit

If it can be disassembled then it will be convinient to transport in car.otherwise it is a good scooter

It is a larger scooter and would be difficult to disassemble and lift in a vehicle due to its size and weight. These are better for being transported on a lift or a trailer.
