I just acquired one of these in roughly this configuration, without the leg rests, which I've already received, waiting on the actuator and roller ramp tray so I can complete the install. Chair was built in Oct of 23, and the owner passed away. I have this back, and a 20x20 ROHO 3½" cushion. I've got most of it adjusted, and it's a wonderful chair.

Probablemente esto se deba a que una de las funciones de su asiento no está al nivel del asiento. Es una seguridad que no se mueva, así que vaya a la página de funciones del asiento, mueva todas las funciones del asiento al asiento normal y debería poder moverse.
