I like Marcus, but I'm not sure if humble is an adjective that can be used in combination with the prices of his food. I mean I get what he's saying, but at the same time I don't think he asks his competitors on Masterchef Professionals to make humble dishes either. Regardless, his food sure looks like its tasty and well made.
