Marcus, Good video. I have appointed a local CEO as my Fiduciary trustee, i instructed them to set off, settle and close the account with a payment instrument, this correspondence was sent in the private and confidential. They have breached the terms of the privately sent docs and instigated a statutory demand against me, yet they still have the body of the trust (res) in their possession, as I see it whilst they still hold the res they are still my trustee and I am their beneficiary. Is there any enforcement process I can use to seek damages ? and what is the law surrounding this fiduciary breach of trust. Cheers, Joe.
