If I had a son that was good at football and Chelsea wanted him, is a no go. The management and managers are out of sync. Maresca has mismanaged the squad and those not in are not motivated to play for him. How has he not been able to integrate any of the youth team midfield to play a role here and there and give them confidence to step up. He played Josh the other day and took him off straight after Bournemouth scored a second. Why

I totally agree with you regarding our midfield situation. Maresca is so annoying he acts like he is reinventing football. The dude is so dam dogmatic and stupidly stubborn in his approach to the game he repeatedly hurts our attack. He is also too obsessed with controlling games when we are not in a substantial winning positions like 2-0 or 3-0.

I would not blame the sporting directors, I would blame the owners, from the outside it looks like Chelsea owners would be happy with 10th place because the money from the Premier league is very good even at 10th place, I know that we are not 10th right now and lets hope we move back into the top 4. However how it looks to me is that all these owner are interested in is profit, add to the sales of many academy players and the profit is very very good. The challgenge that we as fans face is if Chelsea do not make top 4. The current owners of this club from the outside looking in do not seem to be able to attract even a top shirt sponsors paying top money. Maybe because we have not qualified for the Champion's league. At the end of this season we will learn a lot more about these owners and their ambitions for this football club.

This probably the memo b/c casadei, KDH, or carney haven't left the club yet. They're midfielder who aren't being used by maresca. I hope they recall santos or lesley. We could pay for not bringing in adequate backups.

midfield needs more players as they are playing too much ditto CCP who we really do not want to lose to stress injury. Striker is desperately required..I rate Jackson very highly but he is not a natural striker who converts 7 out of 10 close range chances, viz majority of his goals come from further out.

Too early to start criticism of manager or owners in my opinion. Like Poch I waited until the end of the season, because you can't enjoy the ride of the games, good and bad.

We are terrible in every aspect so many blunders in terms of selling our own players at ridiculous prices and buy players that aren't better than our own academy players....we are pathetic and this is going to cost us seriously very soon
