God bless Mrs Thatcher. Regardless of her politics one can only admire her. She was a true patriot and articulate with a natural intelligence.

I would like to know that too. I don't recognise her yet I liked through those years an avid viewer of political programmes. Her technique is excellent and I like her quiet confidence. She gets a great deal more out of Mrs Thatcher than the more aggressive political interviewers.

That's something that I have never heard Sadik Khan say, i.e. I need to do something with this problem, but instead he ALWAYS says, there's a problem - it is because of the Government and the Governmemt has to do something.

Margaret Thatcher at her very best and true to her beliefs . Like or loathe the First Ever Tory LADY PM some things succeed and some are thankful like most British PM's from many generations ago

Channel 4 aired this on October 15th 1984 to coincide with their new venture into afternoon television.

What is the name of the interviewer?

You should put the date that this aired in the description. That is so important to the context of this video. I can look up that the Brighton Bombing happened in 1984 but it would be very convenient to have that info directly in the description.

I have to honestly say that it's very hard to disagree with much of what she said, I think MPs could really do well to go back to considering basic principles, a lot of it seems common sense.(other than the death penalty (I'm my personal opinion)).

Apart from being a Glamorous and Strong World Leader she not only enjoyed arguments with mostly male company but she also enjoyed the joke of being The only Tax payer funded Dominatrix in N0 10 With Regards to Edward Heath their are so many different aspects to The Soul and Man which some still try to really project or understand.

Slick talker was Margaret , very good at presenting her case, how one actually processes being the intended victim of a bomb is baffling, but seeing Norman tebbit gritting his teeth in agony on a stretcher was, a trifle satisfying....
@Iranica3 ай бұрын
Slick is what your box-beard innit sort are. MT was all substance, not husk. Your politics and state of mind, to say nothing of ethics, watching someone go out on a stretcher sums up frustrations. I'm so glad you aren't my neighbour. And I wouldn't wish you on anyone. Mindless violence-glorifier like you betcha still rents, dependent on public transport for weekend strikes and marches, and achieved jack-all. A maladjusted, malcontent, low middle class self sans pelf.

If a person is a real Christian, then there will not be any area of life which will not be affected by his or her beliefs including politics.
