Margaret Thatcher speaks in Mississippi, 20 September 2000

Margaret Thatcher, the former British Prime Minister, spoke and took questions as part of a lecture series at Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi on 20 September 2000. I was present at the event, but I do not own this video nor do I make any claims of ownership. It was broadcast on campus for those who could not secure admission to the auditorium. That is the source of this recording.
Because I do not see this speech anywhere online, I'm sharing it now -- nearly 20 years later -- to benefit scholars and students of Thatcher's life and career.
