Wonderful. I'm making this tonight. My only thought is that if you had come in a basted the fish once with the butter in the dish it probably would have browned up the excess flour. What do you think?

Thank you Tom! I actually do it all my self. I use one camera and one tripod. I move to different angles throughout the time it takes me to cook, this is why it takes so long to film one video!

The red knife is made by Chicago Cutlery. I've used this brand for years and think they are great! My favorite knife is probably my J.A. Henckles 8'' Professional "S". I am looking to upgrade a few. Dalstrong (I believe how it is spelt) has some great knives from what I've read!

20 min at 400 you killed that fish. That is longer then you would for rack of lamb ... 12min max at 400 you don’t want it dry
