Uneducated location, IKEA needs it's own space

So bad. Its far from the most populated city in Oman (Seeb). Seeb is the biggest and most populated city in Oman. With the traffic and distance its will be hard for the majority of the population to visit IKEA. Guess we have to wait another 30 years for IKEA to open in near us. Good for small population of Ghubra area.

Ghubrah is the center of the city. It's perfect to open in Ghubrah
