@@quizzicalsebag She suffered a severe acident while recording 'Beautiful' music video, she cracked a rib, chipped her shoulder bone, had her arm fractured and even got some arm/hand tendons damaged too, she had to wear orthopedic gloves for years and still have sequels to this day. The medicine you need to take in these conditions like corticosteroids make you inflate and you need them for a long time. Just a while after the accident she was also going through a divorce, fighting for the custody of her child and properties and going through some terrible moments of her career, so she was probabbly really depressed as she was going through hell this decade and don't forget she is not on her 20s anymore, so it's hard to keep that weight.
