Mariah! This is all we are asking for. Some effort is all. The more she uses it the stronger it will become in a live setting. Don’t push it but you have to sing in order for the muscle to strengthen itself. It does sound like something is going on I will say. It’s definitely more delicate.

She seemed a bit tired this date, but progress is progress! You can tell she looks very apprehensive when singing still, so its only a matter of confidence and keeping up the consistency of singing live!

honestly even when she is tired she still doesn't even have that like caution-esque rasp that honestly made me feel like her chords were under pressure. Obviously in Charlie Brown you could here the tiredness, but like I really do think her chords are in a healthier place overall now

@@outsideskippy1997 I agree I think her chords are healthier now, I think part of the "tiredness" sound on charlie brown is the fact that she is obviously hesitant to really sing out live for some reason. In ABMB she was belting notes higher than in CTIH but they seemed easier for her since she had the confidence to go for the notes since the song has a lot of background elements. CTIH is very stripped down so I think she feels more vulnerable and less confident.

her voice is in excellent condition, if stuff doesn't come out the way she intends to sometimes it's purely psychological bc her voice sounds clean and smooth. you can see in her face that she's trying hard to avoid getting into the throat pulling habits she was getting into prior to the lipping apocalypse we're hopefully getting out of

I do have some personal predictions for the following dates. -HTHAS will get back to 2023 formula -JTTW will be live until the big sustained note (so only the first 3 lines lol) -Silent NIght won't be changed -Oh Holy Night won't be changed (MAYBE first verses live only) -CTIITA wont be changed -CBPCH wont be changed -JOWAWC wont be changed -Oh Santa will remain the same but using the verses as bgv (She's already kinda doing that) -Sleigh Ride will become *the* fan interaction moment with smol singing moments (Like ABMB now) -Charlie Brown Christmas will remain live until her energy allows it (Maybe some dates it will return to lip as a way of rest) -Miss You Most lip unless she feels like it (If she does it live it will be like 2023 only) -WCC wont be changed -HCSC similar to sleigh ride maybe? -My All ending live as always -Emotions she might remove the verses playback, however i only see her attempting them like 2023 with an occasional C#5 -Hero 2023 formula PLEASE -Always be my baby will remain live (removing the 2nd verse + bridge in some dates) -We Belong Together will get the verses live again (not sure about the 2nd one tho) - AIWFCIY wont be changed

I was there last night and as an OG lamb from 1990 I can always tell when she's not singing live. A solid 90% was live, that mic was on! She sounded like she may have had a little cold and managed to get through it all! She's a pro and the crowd LOVED her.
