It is a miracle those two women are even alive! At least half their friends are dead from the drugs they injected and swallowed. Two fabulous women who lived life to the absolute fullest, and lived to tell about it. There's no one like them around anymore. Mundus senescit.

This was genius. You can tell what era someone is from if you ask them who God is. Some say Morgan Freeman, some say Marianne. 🖤

Having Marianne sing 'at the age of 47' when it's 37 in the original is a delicious extra level of shade.

They were BFFS in real life many yrs ago. Anita had musical background running in her family so she wasn’t simply a cute “ ornament girl to dangle at parties,Marianne ( here there both came in) were very intelligent women. Never ever say Anita was a groupie,man. Or that Marianne is. Then you’re ignorant you need to read up on The Stones! These lovely ladies gave them lyrical ideas ,they called Anita the last Rolling Stone” the dialogue between Marianne and Anita is like the wizard of Oz,on acid!

This version of the song seems to have some keyboard effects added, is that a remix or was it just added for the show?
@theaussiebackflipboy4 жыл бұрын
I would suggest a new recording considering the change to the lyrics. The original version says "At the age of 37" whereas this version says "At the age of 47".

A coup on the part of Jennifer Saunders. It's difficult to quantify Faithfull as a performer. Intelligent for sure, but no actor as can be seen here - Pallenburg is better.

Anita Pallenberg has NOT aged well! Faithfull is slightly better. Her voice is crackled from the drug overdoses.
