I only found Marianne yesterday, not from some headline, I've seen thousands of headlines over the last 18 months, but only from shear curiousity -surely there must be more than three candidates for the presidency this fall? So I googled "Is that all there is?" She stole my heart in about three seconds 'Vote for PEACE" I can believe in this! Now we have hope in something to look forward to.

Not only is Marianne's discourse refreshingly novel nee vital in this remarkably toxic geopolitical climate, it is consistent with her longstanding career as a cultivator of peace. She's not creating soundbites to win political favour with constituents. She has applied peace-principles to her writings, activism, philanthropy, lectures etc. over decades. And she's bright, attuned, courageous, tenacious. Should she not win, one hopes that whomever does creates said Department of Peace and puts her at the helm. Amy Goodman - where other major media outlets seem to dismiss or squelch her voice, you can become a media leader by showing voters that there is indeed a uniquely winning choice.

It's great to see all the positive comments here about Marianne's campaign. Unfortunately, the campaign is passing through a very difficult moment right now and, in order to survive and thrive, it needs all of you supporters to contribute your much needed energy (as volunteers) and financial contributions. People power can defeat corporate power, but only if all the people step up to the plate.

I don’t know HOW Phillips claimed the second spot by such a significant amount on Tuesday. I thought the polls were showing the reverse with MW v Phillips. I haven’t heard or seen anything from her since before the results were announced in Tuesday evening. I fear she may be considering ending her campaign. Her voice is so important in the Party of the Democrats. I too, agree with her so thoroughly and am and have always been a proud Democrat. Proud of her and the way she thoughtfully proceeded with this campaign - as with the one in 2020. I have also always enjoyed politics. Enjoyed election years. LOVED debates. And it truly makes me sad that neither party is debating … I have always loved watching legitimate debates on both sides. I don’t think Biden was behind the switching around of primary states. I actually DO believe that stemmed from a genuine desire to avoid placing all the time money and intention on states which are so lacking in diversity. They’ve been speaking about that for many years. The action coalesced more firmly during and after the Floyd protests all across the country. I think it’s am important thing to do. I am anxious to hear from Marianne Wiliamson now after the NH results - perhaps she will proceed on since there was such chaos on the D side with it being a primary with no delegates. I deeply appreciate her saying so strongly here that she would never do anything she felt would make it more likely that Trump would win the general election. ☮️

I agree. It may have something to do with Independents (and they make-up the majority of voters in NH) voting for Haley--in attempt to weaken Trump's momentum. I saw an interview with a NH voter who said they were voting for Haley--instead of either of the other two major Dems "on the ballot" (not Biden) because she wanted to elevate Haley over Trump. She also said that she'd never vote for Haley in the general. The DNC is not counting/accepting any NH votes toward the Dem nominee, so many voters saw the Dem primary as null and void.

Marianne, don't give up the fight! You would have done better in NH but for the following: 1) Many people leaning Democratic strategically voted in the Republican primary for Haley in opposition to Trump, but they will vote Democratic in the general. 2) Many Democrats voted for "the guy from Minnesota" ONLY because he wasn't Biden and they had heard of Phillips more than they had heard of you, even though they knew nothing about Phillips. I believe the more people learn about you, the more popular you will become. Don't quit!

We need a bill that strips homes out of the portfolios of hedge fund investors. There shouldn't be trillion dollar hedge funds buying up homes just to rent them out or soaking up as many as possible to drive up prices. Also, we need a rebalancing of economic power you cannot make a living on less than $25-30/HR because the lowest average rent is running you Atleast $1,500/Mo making $15/Hr after taxes you're only making $1,000/Bi-weekly that comes out to $24,000/Year after 40/Hr weeks. 0_0 soo you're telling me rent is $18,000/Year on average and you make $24,000/Year after the mortgage is paid for the year you're left with $6,000 for your food/car note/electric bill/gas bill/water bill/insurance for your home and vehicle/gas for your vehicle/ vehicle maintenance/ Internet bill.... food alone is now going to run you $300/Mo that's 3,600/Year out of your remaining $6,000 so again what are people left with after grinding away 80/hrs a week at $15/Hr in this economy? Hard work isn't getting the American people anywhere but, inside of a early grave from financial stress.
