Once we have created a live practice can we share the video as a post on Instagram ? of instance the live video split screen we can share as a post but I cant figure out how to share a live practice.

Go to your profile. Click on the three lines in the top right corner. Select Archives. There is a drop down menu on the top that lets you select the type of content you are looking for. Do know, not all accounts look the same. I have no control over that.

Hi, another series question I have. When you go live and you are under the practice area where you’re just talking into the camera and you don’t want anyone to see it how do you You see yourself playback is recorded so you can analyze yourself and watch yourself? No one ever talks about this either. Can you play your practice video on Instagram? Thank you again for any advice you can offer Julie.

You’d have to log in through a different device and account or have a friend check. Do some test streams and have a friend help you test

i see girls selling on insta live but the have their phone set up on the circle light then over to the side they are on their laptops reading the comments and reacting to them. can you also go on your phone and your laptop at the same time? how do you do this ? NO TALKS ABOUT THIS. thank you Julie
