Hello Marie, thank you for sharing our tasty flan with everybody. We make it exactly like that, actually my mom had some friends over yesterday and made her famous flan, everybody likes it. Cubans also make flan, it is a Christmas Eve, Noche Buena tradition……and instead of the cows milk, we use a can of evaporated milk. We also use one whole egg and the rest of the eggs it’s only the yolk. It make it very rich. My daughter used to like taking a spoon to the bottom of the condensed milk can. The flanela is terrific to use.

I used a random recipe for instant pot from Google. My first flan. I used a regular glass pie pan in the pot. It turned out perfect. Good luck!

I’ve added some cream cheese to it also. Or make choco flan ( chocolate cake with flan) just add the flan sauce over the cake mix, caramel on bottom before cake mix. Prepare cake as directed on box.

Hi Debbie! Yes! You can use the food processor. Liquids sometimes leak where the lid attaches, so be careful when you’re blending. If you have the cuisinart i have, it shouldn’t be a problem at they have a nice secure lid, but still just be mindful. Excited for you to try it! Hugs, Marie
