Update: In the last half year I started being physical active on a daily basis & it kinda helps - very slowly, but better than nothing - being more comfortable with the vertigo. The main issue, increased vertigo while looking down for longer than few seconds (-> playing piano), is still there, but overall it's getting better & not worse. Not sure when I'll get back to KZbin, but till then I keep going. I had chronic vertigo for more then 4 months, turned out to be my right ear, needed a small surgery to put back in position few bones. Good luck to you mate!

My mom had vertical, the doctor said something in her ears moved and she felt dizzy, it’s awful. Her physical therapist helped her to recover after a few sessions. I hope you get better soon, you have the best piano tutorials on KZbin!

Brother, Your On hand Tutorials literally are what helped me play a lot of songs and what helped Me cope with Non dominant hand key placements; I hope That You may have Good Health. P.s. : I have been Playing Indian Classical Music from 8 years And there's no use of the non-Dominant Hand there so It always is difficult to play fast paced songs to keep the off Hand Up.

The Epley Maneuver, is a a good fix for vertigo if you have BPPV. Its a temporary fix but sometimes the fix last longer.
