Always asked why do you always see Arthur Miller in today video clips and never Jo Di Maggio who was the one that was present at her funeral and everyday of his life he organised that a single rose was present. Arthur Miller esploited her.

This is a pitiful turn out for such a superstar. There were more reporters there than mourners. When Elvis died, the streets of Memphis were jammed with thousands of people, a record number of flowers were sold that week and he had an amazing show of love from around the world. Marilyn deserved better than what she got here.

Where the he** was Arthur Miller, her most recent husband?? Bless Dimagio. I’m really starting to dislike Miller. He took her on, used his words to inflict extreme emotional cruelty on her and then apparently wasn’t even at the funeral? Someone tell me I’m wrong here.

That cemetery was anything but elegant then & still is not now. Have wondered why such a place was chosen.
@falmark1877 жыл бұрын
Apparently it was just out of that reason Joe Dimaggio buried her there. He didnt want her to be buried in a large famous cemetery to give her more rest from he limelights then she had when she was alive. Ironically after Marylin was buried there more and more celebrities wanted to be buried there aswell. It's now a verry well know place and Marylin's grave one of the most visited grave's in the world.

Joe buried Marilyn at that cemetery before it became a celebrity burial ground. It became a celeb burial ground because Marilyn was buried there. When he died in 1999 he didn’t want to be in such a hotspot because he was a hugely private person.

How do they fit a casket into the crypt?
@SantiagoBernebeu5 ай бұрын
Good question. Being from the U.K, I have often wondered how caskets can fit into these small rectangular spaces, but it amazes me that they do. A U.K size crypt is tiny in comparison but can house standard coffins. For caskets, those crypts have to be massive.

After what JFK and his brother Robert did to her, let’s hope that JFK is nowhere near heaven. Both brothers used her, causing severe emotional turmoil in her life and both wanting rid of her, JFK must have breathed a sigh of relief in August 1962, not realising that his violent demise was to follow 15 months later, with Robert meeting the same end 5 years later. Poetic justice I say.

Funerals don’t need to be big send offs. It’s for the grieving. Marilyn was actually quite simple.
@marilynking33504 жыл бұрын
@@TheYouthquaker she was not that simple she deserved a big send off for the life she lived everything Marilyn did she did it big. Look at the dress she had made to sing "Happy birthday" to the president! She said she wanted everyone to have a good time at her funeral popping champagne and everything.
@marilynking33503 жыл бұрын
@@lewienew im pretty sure she did so she can feel the live from her fans. She didn't want a depressing funeral like this. Look at Aaliyahs funeral her casket was carried through the streets of new york in a horse drawn carriage while thousands her fans singed one in a million and her other songs. That a funeral fit for Marilyn and Aaliyah only lived to be 22. Marilyn also deserve a better resting place than this having some dude above you, you don't know face down and having another dude next to you who almost ruined your career.

marilyn a great star ... more succumbed to evil ... her star has died out ... so seek the Lord Jesus Christ as the only savior while there is time ... before it is too late!
@SantiagoBernebeu5 ай бұрын
Very well put as I agree. If only she could’ve been led to church to find salvation in Jesus and her purpose in life, then the allure of Hollywood would be less attractive to her. She like many others who chases fame and fortune, cannot turn away from those excesses, but when things turns sour, they sink into depression, turn to drink and drugs but not to Jesus who can really help them. That’s the said part. If Marilyn was given another chance in life, knowing what she knows now, she would stay as Norma Jean and not go anywhere near Hollywood, but more importantly, seek Jesus.
