Back then folks used their ears to tune their instrument and listened to discs to learn parts. Now they got computers, self-doing stuff and ask "tabs??" this is getting nowhere...

IrokoSalei Plenty of people learn by ear... case in point in the vid above. Noobs ask for tabs because they have't trained their ears enough yet. Most intermediate players can learn by ear, and do so. Also, self tuning guitars isn't sad. Why is efficiency looked down upon? Why glorify inconvenience? I hate it when I want to jam with someone and they sit a tune for 10 mins cause they're shit at it.
