I just made this for the family. Was a huge hit! Thanks for putting this video together. The spice level was totally manageable for my Mom who usually can’t take the heat. She loved it, and I who loves the heat, it was just enough flavor and chili glow to keep me warm; paired with the roasted Jalapeños, oh man….And the lime cream slaw, dang! Top shelf all the way!🎉

I remember once, I made a potato salad for a work party and used pepperoncini juice. Man it was delish, and the first to disappear.

It’s delicious in deviled eggs or egg salad too

This marinade looks so easy to make! I love the idea of using pickled jalapeno brine for that extra kick of flavor.

Is this from the Meat Church "Mexican Sandwich" recipe? I made it (subbed pepper jack for cheddar), and it was fantastic.

Sorry to not watch sooner. Got the sister and her kids visiting! Anyway, the question was, did those carrot slices come with the pickled jalapeno? I'm assuming so!
