Well done Sal, Those flanken ribs (beef short ribs) in a mexican market are called tablitas and are really oooh so tasty...but that's not to take away from the Korean style of cooking these, because these marinaded ribs are probably even better...You need to enter Sleeper Bbq's "Picture Perfect Meal Contest" because your photos are always spot on!👍🏼
