Ive done marinated veggies, but threw in garbanzos to make it more of a main dish. Nevwr added peas before, need to try that 😊

Really liked this salad. Only drawback is that I was unable to find sweet peas and pearl onions without the mushrooms. My husband won't eat mushrooms. I ended up using the canned peas and cocktail onions. The onions were pretty large so cut them in half.
