Sviatoslav I (Brave) "I'm coming at you" This great prince and hero, warrior, led his troops while remaining in the forefront. And he warned the enemy that he was going to war "I'm coming at you". He was a knight before knights. The equivalent in Europe is probably Richard the Lionheart. Coat of arms of Svyatoslav as well as the famous phrase "I'm coming at you" on the coat of arms of the SOF

I think "I'm coming at you" - "Иду на вы" comes from our Skandinavian ancestry. It's very similar to viking's war cry "Ver thik! Her ik kome!" - Beware! Here I come! - Берегись! Я иду!

Uh at 9:17 . That's, at least, a 2nd degree sprain, and judging by the inflammation and hematoma (blood pooling), he kept it to himself for, at least, 2 days. Those are the guys you want to your left and right. I hope he's allowed to re-enter their SOF program after it heals (takes a couple of months to heal a partially torn ligament, they have poor blood supply compared to bones, muscles & tendons).

but what if this repeats? if you get this hematoma, then your body has a tendency or a weakness?
@SuiLagadema
@SuiLagadema Ай бұрын
@@artos9406 The hematoma is just a collection of blood. A small blood vessel got lacerated, you'll get one if the blood has no place to go. In terms of ligaments, yes, they will get more lax, which will make you more prone to have that injury again. It's a little complicated but, in basic terms, your body adapts to that laxity so it will compensate w/o compromising your overall stability, but you do need to get proper treatment to give the ligament the best chance of healing correctly.

@SuiLagadema
@SuiLagadema Ай бұрын
@@artos9406 I think you meant the sprain. Short answer: Yes, the ligament will not be as strong as it was before. Long answer: The body is pretty good at adapting, so your musculoskeletal system will compensate eventually, and faster if you do physical therapy. And the hematoma, no, that's different. The small broken blood vessel will repair itself completely.

The noise is generally not on a loop in those conditions. Each noise is picked to grate on your nerves. Baby crying Woman screaming. Certain frequencies that mess with your brain. Things that trigger a subconscious effect, those sounds make you want to go into protective mode. @@d-kor The guy in the video talks about how some specific frequencies can be uncomfortable. 432-433 is populairly known for a calming effect it gives, with it becoming kind of a youtube craze. I personally do not believe the frequency which basically means how often/fast a cycle plays has anything to do with this, rest assured. I myself do not really know of these effects, that is why I clearly put a question mark, while making a joke about the 433 craze on youtube. Are you a child? Because to interpret my question in a jokingly matter would be understandable from a child. Can you not interpret a joke? Not interpreting humour can be a giveaway to a certain diagnosis. Or is it due to the fact that the joke was not translated for you? That would be a real amateur move, what languages do you speak? I can try to translate it into Dutch German or Spanish too, maybe you understand then.

This is a fact, which isn't widely known. The sounds of screaming are there for practical reasons. During the battle of Kyiv the Russians would assault in waves, which created walls of flesh. These 'walls' created a defilade. The Ukrainians would have to use antitank munitions to 'clear' the flesh walls. And, not every Russian soldier would be instantly killed. Sometimes, the wounded would cry out for hours...even days. The artificial screaming acts in a way, which could be called mental inoculation to those cries. I don't care how hard you are. When you hear enemy soldiers crying for their mothers, fathers, or screaming in agony...it effects you. I heard of a Ukrainian commander calling the Russian commander to enact a brief cessation in the fighting; so, he could evaluate all the wounded. The Russian commander flatly refused that offer.

The Ukrainian military special forces are so powerful. They, including 79 soldiers, saved about 10,000 civilians in Bosnia. In Afghanistan, they went outside the military base to save people who did not have time to evacuate. They saved civilians in Georgia against Russian troops .And many more successful and very difficult operations.

You even had NATO bombing us Serbs and you still couldn’t win. Anyway we have Republika Srpska and you have pretty much nothing because even Croats don’t want to stay with you guys. You are being really funny trying to portray Bosnians as some sort of hero’s. Whag happened in Srebenica?? Hero’s with Naser Orić killed thousands of innocent Serbs and than run away and left their own people at the mercy of Serbian army. That’s not what hero’s do.

Good thing about Ukraine that I saw, is that it's pretty flat, so these long runs and marches are mercifully done in pretty flat terrain.. When in the British army, I did a march that was less than 30km, probably 25km, but it was carrying 25kg of kit and weapons and was twice over the tallest mountain in Wales.. We had 4hrs 10mins to do it in or it was a fail.. I'd have happily done an extra 5km to get off that mountain on the last decent.. If only to save my toes from the agony they were in.

30 km marsch is a standard European military distance and the marsch excersice called "Soldiers test". It is the lower bar any military should manage yearly.

Oh for god sake! how old is this video, I don't think they get any very many people to join there army let alone the SF of their army. at this late date. How many have they lost for some crappy ground that the Russians want back!

Idk about 70%, but special forces are definitely being sent to the hardest and the most risky missions, so I assume their casualty rate is higher than regular troops have

I agree I love pulling statistics out my ass, it’s what I look forward too. Even if that was correct that’s the job when your in the SOF and your fighting a conventional army far bigger and stronger than yours. This ain’t no little compound in the desert with dudes in flip flops…

@@misterdark-pl3jo You assume. Thats the point. Training one spec is minimum few million dollars, they dont train them to die, they train them to do their thing and come back. If mission looks risky, no one would send them. I mean in normal coutry, because zelenski like to sacrifice his soldiers for "Symbols". Like he did with 30K of them, you know where.

That is stupid training,they dont need this.Ok in peace time they can do this shit,but not in war time.They must lern some new tactics and not this torture.If this is NATO tactic then its no wonder why they all die in industrie quantities,shame on NATO.The AFU need new ammo,tanks and so on but not this SWAT training shit ffs.Well no wonder why NATO never WON a fckn war,NATO btw never fought this kind of war or better to say never fought real modern war.AFU is NATOs best unoficial force,this dudes shuld teach NATO how to fight real war bc NATO is virgin,war against flipfloper AK47,Toyota Jeeps MG insurgents is not a real war,OMG NATO disgust me,they use poor cannon fodder AFU as guinea pigs,let see how pathetic we are?Yap,we are pathetic.

Raid of units of the 95th separate amphibious assault brigade from July 19 to August 10, 2014 during the war in eastern Ukraine. American military expert Philip Karber highly praised the combat qualities of the 95th ODSHBr and its commander Mykhailo Zabrodskyi: "My favorite story is about the Ukrainian 95th Brigade. Listen carefully and tell everyone. This is the best brigade of its kind in the whole world. I know for sure because I've seen a lot of them. I first met with them in late March-early April 2014. I will say that they are truly the coolest Ukrainian brigade, they also served with the US military in the Middle East." uk.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A0%D0%B5%D0%B9%D0%B4_95-%D1%97_%D0%B1%D1%80%D0%B8%D0%B3%D0%B0%D0%B4%D0%B8
