So when you are done cooking, do you just plan on storing the grill storage area of the center console? Any concerns about it bouncing around when you are sea moving?

The grill is stowed under the center console in its carrying case that is in the video. I put towels in the carrying case to keep it padded, but there has been no issues with it getting bounced around.

Anyone used this long enough to find out how good or bad that small catch tray works?

I’ve used this a few times now and haven’t had anything make it into the drip tray yet. The inner heat deflector stops nearly everything.
