I'm not in the military but its so interesting (I don't wanna say "awesome" cause that doesn't feel like the right word) when they can be their former selves for just a split second. Over here in America, if one man kills another man, the world has to stop and ask why. But in the military, if you kill an enemy, you just ask if he's the last one for now. Not all the time of course, I would imagine, but most of the time. Its not inhumane, just the job they're asked to do, and it might sound blunt or "weird" to normal people sometimes

Wow, I think that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard..."if you don't excersise." So when I was in the Army it was right after they started transitioning from the M16-M4's. With all the gear we have thrown onto those things, they actually do weigh a good amount and you could take one of our stronger guys and he's not knee slide and hip fire and even hit a target. Plus at that point with hip firing no matter how strong you are, your groupings are going to be fucked. I'd not make a comment about it being about exercise or this shooting style is easy or that until you've done the training and utilized the training, that's all I'm saying.

Told me a story about a dude from his platoon who's tank had gotten compromised. Yes, he did. Many Marines did and still do that are deployed. As someone else mentioned in another comment with the time stamp, getting captured is not good with the current enemy. They don't adhere to the Geneva Convention and servicemen would rather kill themselves than be beheaded on tv, or worse.

I replayed this mission about 5 times in as many ways because I was so impressed with how far beyond all the other COD games everything was made. Obviously the graphics are still a bit in the uncanny valley and there are some highly exaggerated elements to make the mission a bit easier to follow but these guys were right on with commentary about the various aspects of the game.
