Liked the video. The combo where Mario uses his U-air repeatedly before finishing it off with the up special was insane! After half an hour of playing SSB4 Wii U, I used the combo against my Yoshi amiibo (level 50), and got it right the first time! I only managed to do it twice before my amiibo figured out how to escape it. Clever guy! Anyway, thanks for the video! It really helped! :)

As a Mario main, thankgoodnes I'm not the only one who does Up-Throw > D-Air > DI Mix-Up F-Air/Up-Air/B-Air, so far every Mario I've ever played online always does D-Throw > Up-Tilt, I honestly wish they would make Up-Tilt do more knockback so that people don't get stuck in it so often, might as well give it slightly more damage too.

Lavi_MarioStickMan12 You’re not the only who does D-Throw -> D-Air •> Aerial. It actually is a very popular combo called the Ally combo. It is as popular as the U-Air strings, which you can typically start by setting with U-Tilts. In fact, it is the go to combo whenever the opponent is a fast faller and cannot be U-Tilted. D-Air goes very well into B-Air strings which will then typically lead into some jab locks that can either start other combos, give you a F-Smash for a kill, or being the opponent off stage for edge guard & recovery pressure. Re-grabs are also a classic.

Mario is my secondary, so I typically do all of what I just mentioned. My edge guard skills are very good when it comes to using capes, but I’m always afraid of using aerials below stage level for the kills because I’m not coordinated enough and end up SD.

I love landing those jab locks. Btw, you can also do that with back air when middle-weight characters are at around 40%. Works just as well and is easier to land than a hard nair at 60%.

Fox cant even jab, he has to use different moves to lock ppl. for ur second question, i dont understand wuts going on, but maybe ur character cant use his jab to lock ppl? i would look into that because they should be forced into a neutral get up.

***** yeah man, there aren't many characters that can lock with a jab, in fact Mario, dk and me a man are the only ones I know of, also there is a spot on Mario's jab that will bounce them, I believe its at the farthest tip of the fist, and if your not using those characters, a jab won't even work.
