I drive pretty much the exact same way as this video and I cannot seem to avoid the Mario Kart luck. Getting hit stuff or being bumped by a heavier racer. There's also the lightning strikes during jumps. I haven't gotten gold on this cup yet because of it. This vidoe makes 150cc seem very easy when it is in fact very very difficult. The slightest mess up can cost you the race and the entire cup.

I feel you cx i use baby mario and get pushed around a lot. Though, I have already managed to 3 star all the cups in all 3 difficulties. Now, I just need the mirror tracks to do.

Yeah, die game is 50% luck based and it really annoys me. I managed to get gold on every cup, but I won't even try to get three stars in 150cc.

So would it be a stretch to say that this cup is a lot of people's favourite in this game? I see online a lot that people really like Sunshine Airport, Electrodrome and Mount Wario. I'd say that this is my favourite cup, because I really like all 4 courses in it. There are other courses in other cups I like more, but those cups also have tracks I don't really like as much. Otherwise, it would've probably been the Leaf Cup or the Lightning Cup.

Singleplayer is NOT easy. 150cc is super hard.

Trust me. The only reason this person did so well was because they didn't make a single mistake. Once you fall into 4th place, you pretty much have to rely on luck to get back to the lead.

the Dolphin course is the worst course in the game. It isn't fun to look at, it isn't fun to drive in and it is especially no fun to lose... I got literally hit 5 times now when I was in first place on that Dolphin course by the blue shell. Seriously, that doesn't have anything to do with skill imho, it's at a point where when you want to stay in first place you have to have luck. Simple as that. Or be skilled like hell... But most of us are not. Anyway, Nintendo did everything right, you just want to go back to the game and claim them trophies, right? :)
