You do realise that there are 8 datamined courses for tour with 3 of them being cities and 5 of them being non-cities and it would be weird if there were some tour courses left out. The prefix leak wasn’t outdated, nintendo probably decided to change their plans and they most likely switched places with the tracks and didn’t add any courses that they didn’t plan to add from the beginning.
