The DS balloon battle was the best. No timer, no points, and a free-for-all mode. You would just battle to the death. It allowed me to create all sorts of elaborate traps and fortresses on different stages.

Wish there was an Expert mode because Hard is way to Easy.

@@TenOutOfTenIGN Lol nah just set up lots of traps (place bananas or fake boxes on item boxes) & look up what items people near you have on the minimap to know if you should hunt them or avoid them. Best thing to do in general is only stay in one half of the map, try not wonder too much i.e. & quickly use items don't hoard it for too long. If you're on the twilight map then time your hits so they land when they're near the edge then knock them off before they can blow a balloon - I used to love doing that lol

You can steal them by speeding into opponents or you can inflate your own baloons by holding down... Select? ... or blowing on the mic. I honestly don't remember. I got old and my memory ain't workin too well.
