Very helpful tutorial!! By the way, your chance getting a frenzy increases only when you level a driver up to an even number of level. Same with karts (bonus points boost) and gliders (combo time).

I enjoyed this video, but I would like to make a few points that you may have missed or don't know: 1. It's been proven via datamining that glider specials don't affect your frenzy rates. Frenzies are totally separate from individual items. As stated in the video, your frenzy chances are based off of positioning, lap, whether you had just gotten a frenzy from the previous item block, whether you've already had 3 frenzies in that particular race, and the skill level of your driver. If you are UNABLE to get a frenzy, then the Glider special will affect your item. But only when you do not pull a frenzy will the Glider special have an effect. I'd still recommend coin gliders because they will net you more points from individual items and they will give you more points from coin frenzies. 2. A very important statistic in MKT is that you are MORE likely to get a frenzy in the second lap. So if possible, when grinding for high scores, use your item ticket in the second lap (I usually like to use it when it's still possible to receive a frenzy, but you can use it to reset your frenzy odds) and make sure not to use it too close to the finish line, as you want to make sure to get as many points as you can out of each frenzy. 3. Coin frenzies are by far the highest scoring item frenzy (apart from coin boxes), so you will want to grind for these whenever possible. You can receive them while in 1st or 2nd place (your chances are significantly greater in 1st), but not 3rd-8th. As stated in the video, make sure you're in 1st place when you hit each item block to maximize frenzy odds. Hope you found these tips helpful!

Interesting.. Yeah I always just spam the crap out of the reset button if I start ideally in 1st but mainly if I can get a 1st place item box. The only thing is sometimes I'm scared to use an item ticket because I might not get the run and close the app, but no guarantee of starting in 1st again so I lose time 😬. Honestly I go with whatever is gonna give me the most points. Like this week for example we have ? Block on Frappe and Yoshi. But mine is level 1 and I have a level 1 HE glider, non coin plus but it's gonna be slightly higher scoring for me with all else being equal so that's my priority. My frenzy luck has been extremely subpar this tour

Am I the only person who gets common level boost tickets in the shop?, because I don't have a max super or high-end. Just commons. And also, it's still possible to get bob-ombs in first though.

It doesn't matter what type of level 6 DKG you have. Once you got a level 6, you have the chance on getting a Normal, Super, and High-End tickets in the shop.

yeah it's true the higher the driver the chances are getting coin frenzy wait does coin box count I think so? If I'm right cause that's how you speed up to get coins and also my suggestion too how do you get a green coin the fastest with the green shell event.

Try Bowser's Castle 1T using Bowser Jr/Bowser. Then, intentionally burn out at the start so you will go last. When you break an item box there is a high chance you will get Bowser shell/Bowser shell frenzy. I'll give you a lot of green coins 👍

JC Arena I find that using Bowser's Castle 1R is better, (especially because moat people have Dry Bowser on a very high level) because it is mostly flat with walls that will keep your green shells on the track for an angled hit. I usually stay in 6th place if I can, and then drop to 8th so I can hit all 7 drivers with my Bowser Shell. Hope you find this useful!

Yeah, coinbox frenzy is great too! The problem with CB is you don't benefit bonus points if you're using coin plus glider because coins are not coming from you items slots, instead you're picking them up. Also, sometimes it's hard to pick all the coins from CB especially in Trick courses.
