Don’t know exactly how it could work in the format but it would be so cool to see some sort of wild card knockout where no secured winners can play! Great video as always, love this series Troy!

Was just going to say this. I've noticed Chloie getting 3rd-5th in a BUNCH of these but hadn't been able to make it onto the leaderboard yet, so I was definitely rooting for her. Amazing race though

i think flamerunner's winnable, but funky really isn't the best choice for it. his offroad stat is actively unhelpful. donkey kong and bowser seem like good choices, although perhaps waluigi's high drift and better acceleration allowing you to let go of A more often make him a decent pick in spite of the off-rad stat. what does everyone else think the ideal heavyweight is for 400?

The bullet bike has the best drift in the game, and with toad it’s faster to accelerate out of stop than use standstill mini turbo

It’s actually faster to ssmt if you want to achieve top wheelie speed instead of just base speed. Also the way that this mod scales acceleration may not be consistent with its speed. Additionally, baby mario’s handling and drift bonuses are typically more useful.
