The time trial times listed in the descriptions are the times of the fast staff ghosts themselves, not the time needed to unlock them. You don’t actually need to beat the fast staff ghosts (although I have); you just need to unlock them. And Birdo is unlocked by playing 16 time trials, not unlocking 16 fast staff ghosts.

Just putting this out there: Funky Kong is NOT the most overpowered character of all time like people claim to be, he is just the fastest heavyweight, which comes with the Flame Runner, and that's the broken part. If you look at character stats by themselves, Daisy and Baby Daisy are MUCH better

its funny how you dont need most of this the best bikes in every weight class the bullet bike, mach bike and flamerunner are unlocked at the start you really only need to unlock baby luigi or baby daisy, daisy and funky kong if you want to play the best sets online
