I think bullet bike is definitely not done justice here, tbh Troy's 200CC experience pretty much won them the war, not the vehicle. I would argue that the bullet bike is quite possibly better than the flame runner but like Mach Bike Vs flame runner in 150CC, it's probably just mostly dependant on which you prefer and are familiar with.

In an experiment like this one I think it'd be a good idea to take away the points from the best player and the worst player of both teams and then see who won, because skill plays such a huge factor

Lawrence B I can see that. In both GPs, Troy pretty much carried his team, and the second place person in both was a Bullet Biker (the same one nonetheless). If Troy was using the Bullet Bike, I still think his team would win because of how much better he is than the other players at this game mode. Hell, I’d be willing to bet he could win with the Quacker.

Totally agree. Winner of this clan war would've been whichever team Troy was on. It would've been interesting what the score would've been if everyone switched vehicles at the half way point to eliminate the skill variable from the final results.

Lawrence B I make the teams as even as I can based on a VR survey people fill out. The teams are never gonna be perfect, you have to understand that. All this proves to me is flame runner can definitely hang with the bullet bike on 200cc as long as you have 200cc experience.

The teams might not be perfect, but they wouldn't have to be if teams swapped vehicles halfway through the war and whichever vehicle, not team, ends up with the most points wins.

billy osullivan I get why Manual IS in fact better, you can drift, thus gaining mini-turbos and extra speed out of them; but that’s not the point. The point is that even though Manual Flame Runner is more efficient most of the time, Automatic Spear can compete on some specific tracks where you don’t need to turn that much. In the end, we know Manual wins, or that Flame Runner wins over the Baby Booster, and so on. It’s for the video, for the vehicle war, for fun.

I love Troy, but his experience in 200cc made this Clan War really unfair for whichever team he was on, and I really think it hurt the results. There is a variable of player skill in every clan war, and it really showed in this one. All players should switch vehicles half way through every clan war to make the results more fair and balanced.

I know this is very late, but for anyone wondering, I did the math to compare Walluigi vs Funky Kong. Funky Kong is 6.7% faster, which is actually pretty big. Walluigi has 10% better drift stat. Drift angle however is determined by the drift divided by speed, meaning that Waluigi’s actual drift angle is tighter than Funky Kong by more than 10.0% because of his lower speed. The drift stat adjusted for speed for Walluigi is actually 17.3% more than Funky Kong. So Walluigi’s drift is significantly bigger than Funky Kong’s as opposed to the speed which is a smaller number. Speed is more important in the game, though, so it really depends on the track which one is better.
